What We Look For
We are interested in a range of site types across the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Generally speaking, we look for:
- Location: Properties in Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, and surrounding counties with access to utilities and proximity to established neighborhoods.
- Size: Single lots or assemblages suitable for one or more single-family homes or townhomes.
- Zoning: Residential-zoned properties or sites with path to residential entitlement.
- Condition: We evaluate properties as-is. You do not need to do any prep work before reaching out.
